This Ride It Segway Tour is designed for patrons who want the fun and unique experience of riding a Segway, but may not have time for a full tour lasting two and a half hours.

The Ride It tour includes a brief historical perspective of San Antonio and is geared to allow you plenty of time to just play on the Segway.

See the Alamo, ride down Houston Street, see the park created for the Hemisfair in 1968, glide by San Fernando Cathedral, Sunset Station, the Alamodome, Tower of the Americas and more.

There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All Riders must be age 14 or older. Ages 14-17 require a parental signature to participate.
All participants must sign a Liability Waiver. Parent or legal guardian must sign on the day of the tour for riders ages 14-17.
Weight requirements are minimum of 100 lbs. to a maximum of 260 lbs.
Tour will operate in both rain or shine so please dress appropriately. Segways operate well in all types of weather!
Each tour begins with a 15 minute orientation session.
Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate, and will not be refunded.
Pregnant women will not be permitted to participate.
Riders should have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance, have full use of both hands and be free of back/knee/hip problems. Segway tours may be inappropriate for customers who are unable to stand unassisted for up to 3 hours or who cannot step up/down unassisted. Riders practice on the Segways until everyone feels comfortable and ready to tour!
Wear comfortable shoes; you will be on your feet the entire tour!
Keep belongings to the bare minimum. Segways have limited storage capacity, but are equipped with very small bags for cameras and small purses.
You may wish to wear sunscreen on sunny days, and bring rain gear and/or warm clothing for days that are looking like it might rain or be cool.
